Steve Grimaud - Partner
Steve has over 25 years of professional experience and has worked with businesses based in the Silicon Valley for the last 22 years that range from venture investors and their privately-held venture-backed entities to publicly-held global enterprises. Before joining MNW, Steve was an audit partner with the San Jose office of Deloitte & Touche LLP where he worked in the Venture Capital practice and the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. His experience includes serving clients in the software, technology, manufacturing, distribution and service industries. He has assisted clients with initial public offerings, public and private debt offerings as well as with numerous SEC filings. Steve has also assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side.

Steve is a member of the AICPA, a past president of the Silicon Valley San Jose Chapter of the California Society of CPAs, and an advisory board member of San Jose State University and De Anza College accounting departments. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
