Stacey is experienced in the complex tax planning and compliance issues of public and privately held companies, partnerships and other flow-through entities. Having worked with many of Silicon Valley’s technology companies, most notably in the software, semiconductor and life sciences industries, Stacey is able to advise clients on federal and multistate tax planning as well as compliance matters related to their specific business operations.  In addition to her experience in business tax, Stacey provides a wide array of tax compliance and planning services for individuals.
 
Stacey joined Mohler, Nixon & Williams in 1992 and brings over 15 years of public accounting experience to her role as tax partner, as well as her dedication to helping clients succeed.  Having developed her career within the firm, Stacey is committed to mentoring other professionals within her department. Stacey is an avid athlete and, during the off tax season, she sets an example for the work/life balance MNW provides and frequently competes in half-marathons and triathlons. Stacey is also a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee where she takes an active role in college recruiting efforts.
 
Stacey holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from San Jose State University. She is a member of the AICPA, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco.
