Randy Mack - Owner
Randy has over 30 years of business experience including 23 years with the Big Four. He has considerable accounting, audit and consulting expertise in a variety of industries, including software, manufacturing, distribution, consulting, start-ups, semiconductor and semiconductor equipment manufacturers. Randy has worked with a number of companies in performing due diligence related to acquisitions and divestures. He is responsible for the audits of over 100 employee benefit plans. Randy is also responsible for the collection of confidential financial information from over 75 semiconductor manufacturing companies throughout the world in the monthly World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS) data collection program.

Randy began his career at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). After 12 years, he left Price Waterhouse to become an audit partner with Armstrong, Bastow and Potter and following that became the Vice President Finance of a San Jose based company for an additional two years before rejoining Price Waterhouse. While working in the technology industry, Randy had the opportunity to see the world from the "other side of the fence." During this time he gained valuable insights into the operation of a business and assisted one of the businesses of the company through bankruptcy reorganization. Randy also gained insights into inventory control management and streamlining of business processes.

Randy is a graduate of Brigham Young University. He is member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. Randy lives in San Jose with his wife, Pat. They are the parents of seven children and have two grandchildren.
