Mohler Nixon & Williams Expands Firm & Fortifies Auditing Services With New Partner Dave Anderson joins Silicon Valley's 5th largest accounting firm Campbell, CA - April 14th, 2004 - Silicon Valley veteran CPA, Dave Anderson, joins Mohler, Nixon & Williams, bringing 17 years of Big 4 experience with him, and further enhances the firm's already extensive auditing and accounting expertise. Having served Silicon Valley technology companies for over 18 years, Anderson offers MNW clients a wealth of knowledge and experience. At Mohler, Nixon & Williams, Anderson will specialize in auditing and accounting for private companies. During his career, he has advised companies ranging from small, emerging businesses to large, multinational corporations. From this vast experience, he has gained a profound understanding of the challenges facing today's rapidly growing companies, making him highly skilled at assisting clients in many areas, including mergers and acquisitions, business alliances, international expansion, and debt and equity securities offerings. Prior to joining Mohler, Nixon & Williams, Anderson spent 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose, five of those as an audit partner. Anderson started his career with Ernst & Young, after graduating with a BSC from Santa Clara University in 1985. Anderson is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.
