25 Years in the Silicon Valley
Nationally-Ranked Firm Focuses on Accounting and Tax for Silicon Valley and Bay Area Clients

June 20, 2011 – (Campbell, San Francisco and Palo Alto, CA) – Mohler, Nixon & Williams today announced that it is celebrating its 25th anniversary. "We are proud to celebrate 25 years of serving the accounting and tax needs of dynamic companies and individuals in the Silicon Valley and Bay Area," said CEO and Managing Partner Steve Vidlock.

The accounting and tax firm was founded in 1986 by Earl Mohler, Lynn Nixon and Kent Williams. "Our initial vision was to provide superior hands-on client service, have a culture respecting work-life balance and have some fun," reflected founder Lynn Nixon. "Those values are still alive, 25 years later."

Founder Kent Williams noted, "Mohler, Nixon & Williams started with a handful of Silicon Valley clients. Over the past 25 years, we've expanded to offices in Campbell, San Francisco and Palo Alto, and 27 partners. Today we are ranked as one of the Top 100 largest accounting firms in the United States." Original founders Nixon and Williams are still active partners today, while founder Mohler retired in 2006.

Vidlock said the firm will celebrate its 25th anniversary this week with events and activities.
