Mohler, Nixon & Williams Elects Campbell, March 30, 2009 — Mohler, Nixon & Williams (MNW), Silicon Valley’s premier accounting firm, today announced that Leinani Nakamura has been appointed managing partner. Nakamura's term as managing partner begins on May 1, 2009, as Bill Kelleher, the firm’s current managing partner, concludes his term. Kelleher will devote his time to serving his clients in the areas of individual taxation, executive tax planning and tax matters related to early stage technology companies. Kelleher stated, “I’ve worked closely with Nakamura for 6 years, and she has been an invaluable contributor to the firm's success through her strong client relations and leadership capabilities.” He continued, “I have no doubt that she will strengthen the core traditions of client service, professional growth, and community leadership that have been fundamental to our development over the years.” Nakamura joined MNW in 2002 and has over 20 years of audit and consulting experience, serving small startups to large public corporations. Leinani’s contributions have helped shape emerging business awareness surrounding the value of governance and internal controls at each stage in a company’s development. Her expertise spans the technology sector, serving life science companies, manufacturers, and software enterprises.
