Lynn Nixon - Owner
Lynn is a founding partner of Mohler, Nixon & Williams with over 30 years of business experience. Lynn's expertise includes accounting, auditing and consulting engagements which include electronics, fast food marketing, retail outlets, stock brokerage firms, employee benefit plans, government contracting and multi-family housing projects. Lynn has worked with a variety of companies to establish accounting systems, prepare financial statements, obtain bank and other financing, implement control procedures, acquire companies or spin-off subsidiaries and divisions and establish international operations and prepare business plans.

Lynn has worked on a multitude of ERISA engagements and benefit plan audits for large multinational, publicly traded companies as well as smaller closely held companies. Lynn has significant experience working with publicly traded companies requiring SEC filings and currently has a number of ERISA clients, which are required to file a Form 11(k).

Upon graduating from Illinois State University, Lynn joined the Chicago office of Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and subsequently transferred to its San Jose office. During his tenure with Price Waterhouse, Lynn was responsible for providing services to and administering client engagements of all sizes and types. Lynn has served as the Mohler, Nixon & Williams' technical and audit quality control partner as well as the chair of the audit department. Lynn also served as the firm's managing partner. Lynn is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
