Larry Kammerer - Owner
Larry leads the Mohler, Nixon & Williams' Financial Services Group. His experience is primarily with venture funded technology companies and high net worth individuals in the Bay Area. Larry specializes in financial statement preparation, consulting and taxation for start-up companies and personal CFO services for individuals.

Prior to joining Mohler, Nixon & Williams, Larry formed and led Kammerer & Company for seven years, serving primarily emerging businesses, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. Prior to leading Kammerer & Company he spent seven years at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he served in the audit, tax and technology practices. Larry graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Larry provides assistance to numerous Bay Area not-for-profit organizations and has been a featured speaker at Small Business Administration new business conferences. He is also a member of the AICPA, and the California Society of CPAs. Larry lives in San Jose with his wife and two children.
