Keith Byars - Owner
Keith has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in auditing, accounting and consulting services with professional service organizations, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. In addition to traditional services, Keith assists a variety of clients in establishing accounting systems and controls, obtaining bank financing, and in preparing budgets.

Keith is actively involved in a number of professional and community activities. He is a member of the AICPA, the California Society of CPAs and is a past member and chairperson of the Audit Committee for the United Way of Silicon Valley. Keith has served as a discussion leader at seminars conducted for various not-for-profit organizations on accounting and reporting issues. He is a member of the De Anza Kiwanis Club of Cupertino and a past president of the Peninsula Kiwanis Charitable Foundation. Keith is also actively involved as a volunteer with the Cupertino American Little League.

Keith received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Truman State University, Missouri. He began his professional career upon graduation with a local CPA firm in the Midwest before moving to the Silicon Valley. Keith lives in San Jose with his wife, Cathy, and their two sons.
