Jeff Kirkendall - Owner
Jeff specializes in corporate and individual taxation. He is the partner in charge of our tax practice and has over twenty years of experience in the areas of compensation planning, start-up and emerging growth company issues, mergers and acquisitions, accounting for income taxes, research credits issues and international tax planning. The majority of his clients have been in or are related to the high technology industry, including software, medical devices, computer equipment and peripheral devices and has also worked with contract manufacturers, retail and biotechnology, ranging in size from start-ups to middle-market companies and large publicly traded international enterprises.

Prior to joining Mohler, Nixon & Williams, Jeff was with Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Jeff graduated from Golden Gate University with a degree in accounting. He also has a masters degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. Jeff is a member of the AICPA. Jeff lives in Half Moon Bay with his wife, Terese, and their children Michael, Nickolas and Matthew.
