Jason Adkins - Owner
Jason concentrates on tax planning for high net worth individuals and their related business entities, including partnerships, and corporations. He also advises his clients in the areas of compensation, stock option planning, and taxation of investments, including real estate and trusts.
 
In addition to his individual practice, Jason works with venture backed and start up technology companies in the areas of tax planning, incentive planning and growth strategy issues.
 
Jason joined Mohler, Nixon & Williams in 1994 and brings over 13 years of public accounting experience to his role as tax partner.  As a key member of the firms Internal Education Committee, Jason leads the efforts for ongoing professional development within the context of Mohler Nixon University.  

Jason obtained his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural & Managerial Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California Davis. He is a member of the AICPA, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jason lives in San Jose and in his free time likes to try his hand at gourmet cooking and sampling the fine restaurants in the Bay Area.
