Dennis Ondyak - Owner
For more than 25 years, Dennis has provided tax and strategic planning advice to public and privately held companies in a variety of industries. He has identified tax saving opportunities or limited the risk to increased tax liabilities of domestic and multi-national companies as well as the executives of these organizations. Dennis has extensive experience with technology companies and companies which support this industry whether they are manufacturers, distributors, intellectual property or service companies. During his career, he has worked on a wide range of issues that have impacted technology companies and their owners such as mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, tax audits, accounting for income taxes, incentive reviews, stock option and executive tax planning.

Prior to joining Mohler, Nixon & Williams, Dennis was a Tax Partner with Ernst & Young LLP in their Technology, Communication and Electronics Group in San Jose, California. Dennis has also worked as a tax auditor for the State of California and in the tax/finance departments of two technology companies.

Dennis is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he received a B.S. in Accounting and of Golden Gate University where he earned a M.S. in Taxation. He is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
