Dave Anderson - Owner
Dave is an audit partner specializing in serving venture backed technology companies. Dave has served technology companies since 1985, all in Silicon Valley, where his clients have ranged in size from small emerging businesses to large multinational corporations. He has extensive experience with the many challenges facing rapidly growing companies, including revenue recognition, stock option accounting, business combinations, international expansion, and private and public offerings of debt and equity securities.

Prior to joining Mohler, Nixon & Williams in 2004, Dave was an audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose. Dave holds a BSC from Santa Clara University and is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.

Dave and his wife, Carolyn, live in San Jose with their three children, Matthew, Katherine and Joseph. Dave is active in community organizations, including Lincoln Glen Little League, St. Christopher Church and School, Bellarmine College Preparatory Dads Club Board, Santa Clara University Accounting Advisory Board and San Jose Country Club Board of Directors.  When Dave is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball, and playing golf.
