Dan Hunter - Partner
Dan has more than 18 years of experience and specializes in working with companies in manufacturing and distribution, computer software and services, clean technology and life sciences.

Dan has extensive audit experience working closely with venture-backed companies at various stages in their life cycles. Dan has also developed a niche practice of providing accounting technical consultations to non-audit clients and has consulted on a variety of issues such as: business combination accounting, complex financial instruments, variable interest entities, stock-based compensation as well as a variety of other technical accounting and reporting matters.

Prior to joining MNW, Dan spent four years as an audit partner with BDO Seidman, LLP. Dan started his career with Ernst & Young, LLP, after graduating with a BA from UC Santa Barbara, and is an active a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.
