Clare T. Piech - Partner

Clare is Mohler, Nixon & Williams' Chief Operations Officer with responsibility for the firm's internal finance, human resources, office services and technology. Clare has over 30 years of business experience in Silicon Valley. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an audit manager moved into a variety of operational roles before becoming the West Region Human Resources leader for the audit and business advisory services group.

Clare graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is a member of the AICPA, the California Society of CPAs and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). She is a member of the Accounting Advisory Council for San Jose State University. Clare lives in San Jose with her husband, Bill. They have two grown sons and one granddaughter.
