Bud Fallon - Owner
Bud has over 25 years of business experience, 12 of which have been with Mohler, Nixon & Williams. He specializes in providing audit services to ERISA benefit plans and closely held high technology manufacturing and software companies. Bud has extensive experience with employee benefits accounting and reporting, providing expertise to both publicly-traded and privately-held companies.

In addition to Bud's years of experience with MNW, he was previously with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) for 12 years and was the Chief Financial Officer of a start-up software company that developed utility software. Bud graduated from California State University, Los Angeles.

Bud is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. He also has served as the CFO and director of The Churchill Club, a non-profit speaker's forum in the San Francisco Bay Area.
