Brad Wall is an audit partner at Mohler, Nixon & Williams (MNW), and has over 10 years of experience in employee benefit plan audits. He has managed over 700 employee benefit plan audits, for small privately held companies to global public companies.

He has experience in audits of 401(k), pension, employee stock ownership, health and welfare benefit plans and the Form 11-K filing requirements with the SEC. Brad works closely with human resources and financial employees as well as third party administrators and trustees in planning, performing and completing these audit engagements.

Brad is involved in the firm's employee benefit audit practice training and quality assurance programs. He also speaks locally on topics related to benefit plan audits.

Prior to joining MNW in 1999, Brad worked for another accounting firm in San Jose, California. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.
